Alufuq’s sales operations relied on manual data entry and spreadsheets, leading to missed follow-ups, poor visibility into sales performance, and inconsistent customer experiences. The management team needed a unified platform to automate their sales pipeline and track every lead’s journey efficiently.
I architected and developed a scalable web-based system that empowers Alufuq’s sales teams with:

The client’s sales team was handling hundreds of leads manually across spreadsheets, making it difficult to monitor performance and ensure timely follow-ups.
Multiple agents sometimes handled the same lead unknowingly, causing duplication and miscommunication with potential clients.
There was no real-time system for communication between sales agents and team leaders. Critical updates were often delayed or lost.
Management lacked actionable insights and KPIs on conversion rates, agent performance, and lead sources due to scattered data.
Developed the backend with modular Clean Architecture, enabling independent feature development and ensuring long-term maintainability.
Used Azure SQL for data storage and implemented SignalR for real-time notifications on lead assignments and status changes.
Designed a responsive Razor Pages + Bootstrap dashboard with role-based KPIs, charts, and lead analytics for better visibility and tracking.
Integrated Twilio API for SMS alerts and Outlook API for automated email reminders, ensuring timely communication with clients.
